Key Features of the Department

  • Act as a Principal Staff Offr with the Director APSACS.
  • Passage of all formulated policies, instrs and directive related to the tech aspects of edn by all the APSACS Deptts to all Regional Directors (RDs) and schools with information to the fmns / local governing bodies etc.
  • Coordination of all presentations, meetings and confs etc held at GHQ i.e. HRD Dte, IGT&E Branch etc.
  • Liaison and coordination with all Regional Directors for smooth functioning of APS&Cs, effective review and feedback pertaining to the Academic Schedule and the tech aspects of edn.
  • Represent the Director in different meetings, confs and ceremonies if detailed.
  • Deal with all the incoming and outgoing mail at the APSACS Sectt.
  • Responsible for discipline, MT, Accts, HR etc.
  • Member of the Promotion Board and selection panel.
  • Compilation of all the agenda pts for ECMs, RDs confs, Principal forum and subsequently issue of minutes of the events after approval of the Director.
  • Coordination and preparation for all VIP visits to the Sectt.
