Assessments & Examinations are essential components of the educational process, designed to
systematically evaluate students’ knowledge, understanding, skills, and competencies throughout an
academic session. These tools not only measure learning outcomes but also play a vital role in guiding
and enhancing the overall learning experience.

- To study the latest trends in Assessments at the National & International levels.
- To collaborate with the external examining body to ensure smooth conduct of exams.
- To develop APSACS Assessment & Examination policy for all levels.
- To review and update the policy.
- To develop assessments & exams from Class IV-XII.
- To plan & adjust Assessment & Examination slots (Class I-XII) in APSACS Academic Calendar.
- To prepare the level-wise Centralized Date Sheets & Block Syllabus.
- To upload Centralized exam papers online for each school.
- To design multiple achievement /appreciation certificates & formulate the SOP for giving these certificates to the students.
- To develop result generation templates (Class EYS 1 – XII).
- To analyze region-wise Post Exam Reports and provide suggestions for academic improvement.
- To compile & analyse results for Board Classes (SSC, HSSC) at the national level.
- To assess the implementation of Assessment Policies & Procedures in the schools during evaluations.
- To plan & conduct annual online facilitation / orientation sessions (exam-related).
- To develop & upgrade the APSACS facilitation program “Preparation for Entry Test Series” (PETS).
- To plan and conduct COAS Academic Excellence Awards on an annual basis.
- To award scholarships to nominated students through the APSACS Centralized Scholarship Scheme.
