Minimum Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- Phil degree will be preferred.
- Additional certification in counselling, life skills training or co-curricular programme designing are desirable.

Experience (Minimum 7-10 years):
- Minimum 3-5 years in leadership roles involving student development, counseling, or co-curricular programmes.
- Experience in designing and managing holistic development programmes (emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development).
Skills:
- Ability to collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment between curricular and co-curricular objectives, along with external partnerships.
- Ability to lead a team of counselors and programme coordinators.
- Skills in designing initiatives that promote character education, mental health, extracurricular activities, and community service.
- Strong verbal and written skills for interactions with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to assess programme effectiveness through data and feedback.
- Understanding of students' diverse needs and challenges.
- Familiarity with local and international educational standards for student development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Multitasking with good ICT skills.
