APSACS Achievements

  1. APSACS is a unique indigenous education model that has successfully implemented a uniform curriculum aligned with SNC and international benchmarks across the System.
  2. Success of the System is reflected in its continuous growth. APSACS is one of largest School Systems with 209 schools (12 non-registered incl), 15,190 Teachers and 258,316 students (updated May 2021).
  3. Director APSACS is a member of National Curriculum Council (NCC) since August 2019 and has participated in the consultative meetings / conferences arranged by NCC. She has participated in the development of broad parameters for the National Education Policy 2021; her contribution in the development of framework and decision of selection of ‘textbook language’ for Cl IV and V (Math, Science and Social Studies) is a facilitation for smooth transition to Cl VI. APSACS subject experts have been engaged in the fol:-

     a) Development of SNC 2020 – Early Childhood Care Edn (ECCE) – VIII.

    b) Review of SNC 2020 Zero Draft, SNC Model Textbooks and Teacher Training Manuals.

   c) Representation and active participation in National Conferences, Advisory Committee Meetings and Orientation Training’s.

Digital Literacy has been introduced in APSACS gradually since its inception through CLIC, Double CLIC (Computer Literacy Courses for Staff), and introduction of Digital Literacy from the Early Years in the Curriculum and development of a Free of Cost Software (AIS) for the System. From reluctance to using AIS for many years, today schools are dependent on the great solutions that AIS is providing. In 2019, final Exam results were viewed by 5,000 parents Online.
