APS&C Bahawalpur

The school is situated in Bahawalpur Cantonment. Its foundation was laid by General Mirza Aslam Baig on 27 th January, 1991. The school was inaugurated by Maj Gen Saleem Haider, General Officer Commanding 35 Div, on 12 th June, 1993. Initially, the school was up to Middle level i.e. VIII only; however, with the constantly increasing student strength, the school underwent up-gradation to SSC and HSSC level in 1996.

The O' level stream was initiated in the school in 2001. The school joined the APSACS Secretariat in 2005 and since then is known as APS&C Bahawalpur. To maintain quality of academic standards and results, the school was divided into 4 wings i.e. Primary, Middle, Senior Section Girls and Senior Section Boys, with separate Wing Heads. APS&C Bahawalpur is affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (FBISE) Islamabad for SSC and HSSC levels.

Currently, the school accommodates classes from II to XII and O' level, with the total strength of 2312 students.

APS&C Okara

Army Public School and College Okara was established as “The Little School” in November 1979. It was renamed as “ Army Public School ” in 1992 and was raised to Secondary Level by the year 1994. It was upgraded to College Level in 2003. It was brought under APSACS umbrella in 2006. Its Boys Wing was established in 2010 in a separate building.

APS&C Mailsi

Army Public School and College Mailsi is located inside the Garrison. The School was established as Nursery Garrison in 1990 and renamed as APS & C Mailsi in 1992. It got up-graded to the Middle Level in 1998. In 2001, the school was up-graded to Class-X and was affiliated with FBISE. On achieving good results in 2005, the School was further raised to HSSC Level.

APS&C Dera Nawab Sahib

Before the establishment of APS & C DNS, there was a dire need to have an education institution to accommodate the children of army personnel in that area. Children of officers, JCOs and soldiers were studying in different schools of Ahmed Pur city and were facing conveyance difficulties. To address this need, a primary school under the name of Al-Rabbat Nursery School DNS was started in a JCO family quarter in October, 1987 with ten faculty members and eight classes, from PG to class V, with 80 students.

In session 1988-89 the school was upgraded from 8th to class 10 th . The name was also changed from Al-Rabbat Nursery School to Al-Rabbat Army Public School DNS. In session 1997-98, the school was upgraded from 8th to class 10th and was affiliated with FBISE Islamabad with the name of Army Public School Dera Nawab Sahib. In session 2005-06 the school was given the status of a college, and was affiliated with FBISE, Islamabad as Army Public School & College Dera Nawab Sahib. The institution now has well-equipped computer labs, separate science labs, Audio/Video Lab, library, playgrounds, cafeteria, generator, and first aid facility in case of emergency.

APS Junior Bahawalpur

AJPS Bahawalpur is a separate entity with an excellent infrastructure. It comprises of total 23 sections, seven of PG and eight each of KG and Prep. Class one is also located in this section. Approximate strength of the school is 863 children.

APS Bahawalnagar

Army Public School Bahawalnagar Garrison was established in April 2005 initially from Nursery to Class 5.During the last quarter of 2005, Play Group was introduced and from August 2007, Class 6 was started. Classes 7 and 8 started in the year 2008. APS Bahawalnagar was affiliated with the Federal Board in March 2010 and in March 2011 APS introduced class 10.
