APS&C (Boys) Ordnance Road, Rwp

In 1980 Army Education Corps School , Ordnance Road , Rawalpindi , was established for boys and girls till class VI with a strength of less than 200 under the administrative control of Dte. The first batch of Grade X students appeared in SSC Board Exams in 1986. The school was renamed as Army Edn Corps Public School , but was given the name Army Public School in the year 1988. The institution was upgraded to Intermediate Level and renamed as Army Public School and College in 1994. In 1995, the Boys' Wing was established with classes from Class VI-XII. The Primary Wing was also established in 1997.

APS&C (Girls) Humayun Road, Rwp

The school was established in April 1981 as ‘ Army Education Corps High School '. In 1986 the first batch of SSC students appeared in SSC Board exams. The school was then named ‘ Army Public School '. In 1994 it was upgraded to Intermediate Level and renamed ‘Army Public School & College'.

APS&C EME College, Rwp

After recognizing the need for quality education for the children of EME College staff, initially an English medium school named “ Happy Home Nursery School (Play Group to Class III) was established when the college shifted from Quetta to Rawalpindi in 1984. In August 2001 it was registered and upgraded as Army Public School till class V and subsequently, upgraded up to class VIII in June 2005, and SSC Level in April 2010. After the establishment of Army Public Schools and Colleges System (APSACS) in 2005 it became part of the system. Presently, it is functioning from KG to SSC level with 27 Sections, over 1100 students, 46 highly qualified and professionally well trained faculty members. Since its inception and up gradation, the institution is imparting quality education to the wards of defense personnel as well as civilians under clean and healthy environment conducive to teaching/ learning process.

Army Public School & College, FWO, Chaklala, was established in May 1997 as a co-education school to provide quality education to the children of FWO employees in particular and children of Army personnel / civilians of the area in general. The school started with 150 students initially, and now the strength is 1547. In 1999 the School got registered with FBISE. From the current academic Session, the institution has started College classes for girls offering 3 × disciplines (Pre- Med, Pre- Engr & Computer Science).

APS&C Attock Cantt

APS&C Attock was established as ‘Toddler's Nursery' in 1974. In 1989 it was named as Army Public School and raised to Primary Level. In 1990 the school headed for Middle Level. In 1993 it was upgraded to Secondary Level & affiliated with FBISE Islamabad. Higher Secondary Classes started in 1997. In 2002 the new Pre-school building was constructed. From 1994 to 2006 maximum construction took place. In May 2008 O'Level Classes started. The school campus sprawls over a wide area and is situated in Attock Cantt. The school administration aims at providing safe and congenial environment to students to pursue all school related activities.

APS&C Manser Camp

Army Public School and College, Manser Camp was established as Chinar Nursery School up to class III in a hut on 25 th August, 1987 to provide quality education facilities to the children of Army personnel on the station. It was renamed as Army Public School in November 1987 and registered as Primary School with AEDte GHQ in 1988. It was upgraded to Middle level with the addition of class VI in 1992 and class VIII in 1994. After 5years it was upgraded to Secondary Level with the addition of Class IX in April 1999. Now, it has been upgraded to Intermediate Level. FSC- Part-I (XI Class) started on 1 st August, 2002, whereas FSC Part-II started on 4 th August 2003.

APS&C Jarrar Camp Rwp

APS&C Jarar Camp is located 25 Km away from Rawalpindi on Adiala Road, it was established on 10 th September, 2007 in the Children Welfare Centre building. The school was initially designed to accommodate thirty to forty students each in Nursery, Prep and Classes I to III. It was raised to Middle Level and was formally registered with APSACS Secretariat on 8 th April, 2008. It was upgraded to Matric Level with IGT&E's approval on 22 nd November, 2008. The school shifted to the newly constructed building in December 2010 where it stands now.

APS&C DHAI - Phase II, Islamabad

Army Public School DHA Phase-II was established in February, 2011 with a view to providing quality education within economical fee structure. In the first phase, Junior School was established which catered for classes from Play Group to Class VI. In 2012, the Junior School was upgraded to Middle Section. From April 2012, the school was divided into 2 campuses; one is Junior School Campus constructed in Sector G and the Senior Wing Campus in Sector F.

APS&C Tarbella

Iqra Army Public School & College was founded by 2 Cdo Bn (SSG) as Rahbar Nursery School in 1984. It was renamed as Iqra Nursery School in 1996. In May 2000 it was raised to primary Level and registered with the Dept of Education NWFP. In 2001, it was registered with AE Dte GHQ as a Middle School. The school was upgraded to Matric Level in September 2002 and was affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) Islamabad . In 2009 another sister school of APS & C Tarbela was inaugurated in TM Shaheed Colony headed by the same principal and one Section Head. The school has been upgraded to college in 2011. Presently it is functioning as an English medium co-education secondary school and college.

APS (SCO) Misrial, Road Rwp

After recognizing the need for quality education for the children of 62 Signals Battalion and SCO staff, initially an English medium school was established in 2001. The aim was to provide quality education to the wards of the army personnel residing at 62 Signals Battalion. There was no boundary wall to separate the school campus and ORs family accommodation. After seeking the required infrastructural changes, the school got affiliated with APSAC System Secretariat in April, 2012, and since then is known as APS Misrial. Currently, it accommodates classes from Play Group to VI.

APS Fort Road , Rwp

In 2009, 32 acre land near COD was allocated by the Army for the construction of APS&C Fort Road, Rawalpindi . The school started functioning on 5 th Sept 2 011 . APS&C Fort Road subsumed the Evening School of APS&C Humayun Road Ralwapindi that included 1145 x students and 61 x teachers. The school spreads over a vast area, however, the huge campus is still under construction and new wings are being built to cater for the increasing student populace. College classes commenced prior than the scheduled date with full fledged construction work in progress. At present, the school runs Preschool, Junior School , Middle School, SSC (IX), and HSSC (IX) classes.

APS ASL Kuldana Murree

Army Public School Kuldana is located inside the premises of Army School of Logistics. It was established in March 2004 on self-help basis and is functioning as a welfare project. Only 33% students are paying a nominal fee. Initially, the school was accommodated in a small building. In 2007, a new block comprising four classroom was added; these classrooms are spacious and well-lit compared to old classrooms, which are congested and lack space to carry out group work/ activities.

APS Upper Topa Murree

APS Upper Topa was established in May 2001. The school spreads over a small area & is located in Upper Topa close to the eastern gate of Military College , Murree at Bhurban Road . The school is being supervised by Military College , Murree and presently runs classes from Play Group to Class VI.

APSAC, PMA Kakul is an English medium co-education institution lying within the premises of PMA. It was established in 1965 as a kindergarten facility in a small hut, for early education of children of army personnel serving in PMA. In order to meet the increasing demand for quality education, it was upgraded as primary school, shifted to two E-type houses. On 14 th March 1984 the school was inaugurated by Begum Gen. Muhammad Zia ul Haq.

In 1989, a block of eight and in 1991 a block of ten new classrooms was added to meet the ever growing needs of the school; later in 1996, it was upgraded to SSC level. In 2001, ten more classrooms were needed to increase the number of sections. The journey of progress continued and in 2004, ten more classes were constructed to extend the Junior Wing. A landmark was achieved by the school in 2006, when it was recognized by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad as Intermediate College .

APS&C JLA Shinkiari

APSACS JLA, Shinkiari was established in a temporary building on 27 th July 1988. The school was upgraded to SSC level in 1993, and then to College level in 1997. The school was affiliated with FBISE in 1993.

APS Askari XIV

APS & C Askari-XIV was established on 13 th April. Initially students were enrolled up to class 9 only, but in August, 2011 the school was upgraded to level of the intermediate for both Boys and Girls. The school is affiliated with FBISE for SSC and HSSC Examination. The admin aims at providing quality education and strives for holistic development of students, by providing them a number of opportunities for academic and co/extra-curricular pursuits.
